My name is Danielle and I love to cook. I began this blog in the summer of 2010 after graduating University. I had too much time on my hands and a lot of recipes to share with my friends. The recipe sharing has not stopped since. After completing my M.Sc., my passion for nutrition and food lead me to return to school to study human nutrition in 2012. No matter how hectic my life may get, I will find time to unwind and cook a delicious meal. I like to use real whole foods as much as possible, and try to share healthy nutritious recipes. I have fond memories of my family's backyard garden, and cannot wait to have a garden of my own one day. Exercise is also a big part of my life and I love to walk/hike and bike in the outdoors. My recent move to Guelph, Ontario has opened up a new city to explore which I hope to share on this space as well.
